We are looking for a junior designer intern to join the team working closely with our marketing and creative design teams. You will create visually stunning and technically well produced marketing assets for emails, onsite, banners and generally assist the design team with day-to-day projects.
We are looking for minimum 9 month placement (up to 12 months available) to start as soon as possible. To qualify for the internship you must be studying, and the placement must form part of your course requirement.
Key day-to-day accountability and projects
Design and produce attractive and on brand digital marketing assets, ensuring all artwork produced meets the needs, requirements and brand values
Managing and produce own projects from concept to completion
Take direction from the creative lead and digital marketing team
Input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
Communicating and Liaising with team members to receive feedback
Supporting the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects
Skills and experience
Comfortable working in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
An understanding in UX/UI design knowledge is a plus.
Good eye for type, images and layout
Proactive, able to take initiative and ability to work to deadlines
Take pride in work and great team player
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Some creative industry experience
Good organisational skills that support the rest of the team
Willingness to listen to feedback and improve design standards
