About the Role:
Working Pattern: Typically 5 days in the office with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm.

Having industry experience is essential, whether that be for a Retailer or Supplier.
If you have experience of designing in any of these areas: jersey, wovens, knitwear, tailoring, denim, graphics and print, we want to hear from you!
You will:
-Design and support product ranges for Womenswear & Girlswear product ranges.
-Respond quickly to briefs, producing fast-turnaround designs as needed.
-Demonstrate a strong sense of creativity and design direction.
-Research and recognise key trends, translating this into elevated, customer-relevant products.
-Work within price point guidelines while maintaining quality and style.
-Collaborate with designers, buyers, merchandisers, technologists, sourcing teams, and suppliers to deliver on time and to spec.
-Support with project-based collections as well as main range development.
About You:
-Must have experience of creating, using tech packs and briefing to manufacturers.
-Experience & knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator is essential.
-Having strong team work and people skills is a must for this role.
-Experience working with factories and different brands/retailers would be an advantage.
-Must have Womenswear and/or Girlswear fashion design background.
-Ideally you will have Retailer or Supplier industry experience.
