About the role:
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a talented Digital Retoucher/Artworker to join our growing team here at Bella di Notte. Based in the beautiful town of Malton, North Yorkshire.
We’re looking for a talented Digital Retoucher/ Artworker to deliver high-quality reprographics, and retouching services. You’ll work as part of a multifunctional studio team, creating technically accurate, print-ready artwork and supporting production across multiple areas to ensure seamless delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Colour correct all images for our monthly catalogue, website and social media
- Edit photographs to align with our high-quality standards
- Uphold high production standards- being accountable for accurate colour representation
- Deliver print-ready files that meet brand and technical standards
- Working with print management to share proofs, communicate press pass notes and feedback on results
- Support designer in creating/ adjusting catalogue artwork in line with brand guidelines
- Use automation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Support the creative team in meeting deadlines
- Photograph new products and retouch flat lays for multiple uses by the teams
- Collaborate across departments to maintain workflow- supporting the wider business when necessary
- Actively contribute to improving catalogue and web visuals
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team.
You’ll bring:
- Strong technical skills in Adobe- particularly In Design and Photoshop. Experience in Lightroom also advantageous
- 3+ years’ experience in a studio or print production environment advantageous
- Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
- A positive, can-do attitude with a flair for creative thinking
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines independently
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training or meetings
This position is part time, 4 days per week - 32 hours per week, working from our offices in Malton. Core business hours are 8.30am-5.00pm, negotiable for right candidate.

- Salary £30,000 to £35,000 FTE per annum depending on experience
