This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a high‑performance motorsport environment, working alongside experienced engineers and contributing directly to race‑car performance.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the PU Installation group, you’ll work under the guidance of senior engineers, gaining exposure across the full design lifecycle. You will:
  • Support the design of parts, tooling, jigs and fixtures for PU installation systems.
  • Assist with the development of new components and equipment.

  • Participate proactively in meetings and design reviews.
  • Help deliver cost‑effective solutions while maintaining high design and quality standards.
  • Contribute to PU installation performance development for the race car.
This role is designed to help you build strong foundations in motorsport design engineering.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

We’re looking for a motivated graduate with a passion for engineering and performance. You’ll ideally have:
  • A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Working knowledge of CATIA or a similar industry‑standard CAD package.
  • A solid understanding of engineering fundamentals and their real‑world application.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
  • Confidence working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
  • A positive, “can‑do” attitude with the ability to work with increasing autonomy.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
If you’re eager to apply your engineering knowledge in an elite motorsport setting and grow as a design engineer, we’d love to hear from you.
