The Graphic Designer at Titan Wealth will support design and marketing communications across the Titan Wealth Group. The role focuses on the day-to-day design and delivery of marketing and corporate communications while ensuring the consistent application of the Titan Wealth brand across all touchpoints.
The position will act as a key creative resource for the business, translating marketing and commercial objectives into clear, engaging visual communications. This includes producing client reporting documents, presentations, marketing materials, digital content and multimedia assets.
The role works closely with and reports to the Group Strategic Brand Director, who actively shapes brand development, creative briefs, and project priorities.
Design & Creative Production
- Design and deliver a wide range of marketing and corporate materials including:
- Presentations
- Brochures
- Client reporting documents
- Marketing literature
- Landing pages
- Social media content
- Event collateral
- Digital assets
- Client communications
- Translate marketing and business objectives into effective visual communications.
- Redesign and evolve company literature, reporting documentation and digital assets to strengthen the Titan Wealth brand.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
Brand Management
- Act as a brand guardian for Titan Wealth Group, ensuring consistent application of brand identity and visual standards across all communications.
- Develop, maintain and implement brand guidelines, templates and best practices.
- Build document templates and design systems to ensure brand consistency across the organisation.
- Provide guidance or training to teams on correct use of branding and templates.
Client Reporting & Documentation
- Produce and maintain client reporting documents.
- Gather data from internal teams and apply bespoke client branding.
- Ensure information is accurate, up-to-date and presented clearly.
- Proof documentation to ensure: Accuracy, Correct layout, Consistency, No spelling or grammatical errors.
Video, Motion & Multimedia
- Create and edit video and multimedia content, including: Motion graphics, Animated assets, Digital presentations
- Support storyboarding, visual planning and production of video content.
- Ensure all multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines.
Digital Design & UI/UX
- Support UI/UX and digital design for: Web pages, Landing pages, Client portals, Other digital platforms
- Ensure usability and accessibility best practices are followed.
Production & Workflow Management
- Manage the creative production process from concept through to delivery.
- Ensure effective version control and file management.
- Produce print-ready files and digital assets across multiple formats.
- Transfer files and assets to agencies and stakeholders.
- Develop and improve creative workflows and processes to enhance efficiency.
Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Work closely with multiple teams across the business to understand design requirements.
- Manage competing priorities and deliver projects to deadline.
- Liaise with external design agencies and production partners.
- Provide clear creative briefs and ensure quality control of outputs.
- Support the Marketing team and wider business with design requirements where needed.
Requirements
Core Skills
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects.

Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Photoshop
- Experience designing across print, digital, web and presentation formats.
- Competent on Mac and comfortable working with Microsoft Office.
- Strong PowerPoint design skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience in video editing, motion graphics and multimedia content creation.
- Understanding of UI/UX or digital design tools.
- Knowledge of document design, print production processes and digital asset creation.
- Understanding of motion design and video production workflows.
Experience
- Solid understanding of the creative production process from concept through to delivery.
- Experience designing across multiple communication channels.
- Experience in financial services is useful but not essential.
