An exciting opportunity awaits a talented and visually driven Graphic Designer and Copy Writer to join the creative team behind one a fast-growing brand in the fitness and wellness space.

This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands how design shapes brand perception, and is passionate about creating work that is both aesthetically striking and commercially effective. From campaign visuals and social media assets to digital marketing and studio collateral, the Graphic Designer will play a central role in bringing the brand’s identity to life across multiple touch points.

Working closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams, this individual will translate ideas into impactful visuals that strengthen brand presence, engage communities, and support continued growth.

The Basics:

● Salary: £18,000 PA

● Working Hours: 2 - 3 days per week.

The Role...

1. Brand & Creative Design

  • Develop visually compelling design assets that reflect the brand’s identity and creative direction.

  • Translate marketing campaigns, ideas, and messaging into impactful visual storytelling.

  • Maintain consistency across all brand touch points, ensuring high-quality and cohesive design output.

  • Contribute creative ideas that elevate the brand’s aesthetic and visual presence.

2. Marketing & Digital Content

  • Produce engaging design assets across social media, digital campaigns, email marketing, and website content.

  • Support marketing teams with campaign visuals, promotional materials, and digital advertising creative.

  • Design assets that are optimised for modern digital platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and web environments.

3. Print & Studio Collateral

  • Design printed materials including posters, signage, promotional assets, and studio-based communications.

  • Ensure all physical brand touchpoints maintain premium design standards.

  • Support seasonal campaigns, launches, and events with creative assets.

4. Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, social, and content teams to bring campaigns to life visually.

  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and content creators to ensure visual consistency across media.

  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative planning across marketing initiatives.

5. Brand Guardianship

  • Ensure all design output aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity.

  • Maintain a consistent tone, style, and quality across all creative work.

  • Continuously refine and elevate visual standards across the brand ecosystem.

You Are:

  • A creative thinker with a strong visual instinct and passion for design.

  • Someone who understands how great design drives engagement, emotion, and brand loyalty.

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving creative environment.

  • Passionate about lifestyle, fitness, or wellness culture.

Must-Have Experience:

  • Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer within marketing, brand, or creative teams.

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Demonstrated experience creating digital and social-first design assets.

  • Great copy writing ability.

  • Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.

  • Experience working across both digital and print design.
