You’ll be joining a highly collaborative team of multiskilled creatives who combine strategic thinking with strong creative execution. The team works across a broad range of disciplines, including brand design, digital marketing, campaigns, presentations, print, motion, and experiential assets.

With a shared commitment to quality and consistency, the team partners closely with marketing, brand, product, and communications stakeholders to bring ideas to life. They are experienced in translating complex, often technical information into clear, engaging visual communications that resonate with diverse audiences.

About the role:

We are seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to support the development of compelling visual communications across our marketing channels. Working within the financial services sector, this role requires a strong creative eye combined with an understanding of brand consistency, compliance, and clarity.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, brand, product, and communications teams to translate complex financial concepts into engaging, accessible, and on‑brand visual assets.

What you will be doing

  • Design high‑quality visual assets for digital and print marketing, including campaigns, social media, presentations, brochures, infographics, websites, and email communications

  • Apply visual guidelines consistently across all creative outputs

  • Translate marketing briefs and strategic objectives into clear, engaging design solutions

  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure visuals support messaging and business goals

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail

  • Adapt creative concepts for different audiences, channels, and markets

  • Ensure all creative work aligns with regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements typical of the financial services industry

  • Prepare final artwork and files for production, publication, or distribution

  • Stay informed on design trends, digital best practices, and emerging tools, applying them where appropriate

What you bring:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably within marketing, corporate, or regulated environments

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and execution across multiple channels

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); motion or basic video skills are a plus

  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy

  • Ability to communicate complex or technical information visually and clearly

  • Experience working within brand guidelines and structured approval processes

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
