Overview

As a Merchandising Admin Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Product team. You’ll help manage purchase orders, maintain data accuracy across systems, and ensure our ranges are delivered smoothly and on time. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone passionate about starting or developing a career in merchandising.

Location: 3-4 days per week at our North Acton office, the rest WFH.

What You Will Do

  • Managing the purchase order process, ensuring timely approvals and updates

  • Monitoring stock intake and flagging variances against plans

  • Producing weekly stock availability reports

  • Supporting Monday trade meetings with accurate and timely data

  • Maintain high data integrity across multiple internal systems, acting as a key guardian of product accuracy

What We Are Looking For

  • Genuine interest in building a career within merchandising

  • Confident Excel and Microsoft Office skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail

  • Experience working within a team

  • Retail or administrative experience (desirable but not essential)

  • Clear and effective communication skills

  • Ability to problem‑solve and think logically

  • Strong time-management and organisational abilities

  • Comfortable multitasking and working independently when needed
