We are The Sweet People, one of the UK's leading branded confectionery suppliers. Our award-winning team produces creatively packaged luxury chocolates and gourmet sweets for promotional campaigns, events, staff initiatives, gifts and product launches.

We're looking for a passionate, hands-on creative with a strong portfolio to own seasonal and product marketing campaigns — from concept and packaging design through to product photography, website content, email marketing and our annual Christmas catalogue.

Key responsibilities

• Seasonal, event and new-product campaign concepts and packaging design

• Artwork across multiple packaging templates, with product info, ingredients and recycling guidance

• Product photography, retouching and Photoshop mock-ups

• Email campaigns (Campaign Monitor), WordPress updates and promotional graphics

• Design and production of our annual Christmas catalogue

You'll need

• A strong creative portfolio (campaign, packaging, photography and marketing work)

• Excellent Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; solid InDesign for multi-page catalogues

• Packaging design experience and print/digital production knowledge

• Product photography confidence and WordPress experience

• Organised, proactive and comfortable owning projects end to end

Location: Leighton Buzzard, easily accessible from Aylesbury, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. On-site parking.
