Location  :  North London (Start‑Up Menswear Brand)

I’m partnering with a fast‑growing start up luxury menswear start‑up in North London, and I’m looking to speak with an experienced Menswear Pattern Cutter who wants to play a genuinely influential role in shaping the brand from the ground up.
This is an amazing opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands‑on, high‑standards environment and enjoys collaborating closely with a founder who is deeply involved in product creation.

🔧 The Role
As the brand’s Pattern Cutter, you'll work directly with the founder to develop clean, modern, elevated menswear blocks that define the label’s identity. This is a role where your technical skill, creative thinking, and meticulous approach will directly impact the brand’s future direction.

Key Responsibilities
Create precise, modern pattern blocks for luxury menswear
Ensure clean, elevated silhouettes with a strong eye for structure
Apply confident grading skills to support scalable production
Maintain exceptional fit standards across all prototypes
Collaborate closely with the founder on refinement and direction
Bring creative yet technically grounded solutions to design challenges

What I’m Looking For ( must haves to be hired )
Recent and proven experience as a Menswear Pattern Cutter with a brand or retailer
Strong understanding of structure, fit, and proportion
Ability to perfect silhouettes with technical accuracy
Someone ambitious, motivated, and eager to have real impact
Comfortable working in an environment that sometimes demands evening and weekend availability to deliver at a high level
Commutable to North London and eligible to work in the UK

Why This Brand?
If you're looking for more than “just a job” — if you want influence, ownership, and the chance to help build something from early stages — this role gives you exactly that.

“We will endeavour to contact you within 48 hours of receiving your CV, however due to the nature of our business this may be delayed due to meetings, holidays and offsite visits. If you have not had a response within 7 days then please assume that your application has been unsuccessful, due to high volume response unfortunately we are unable to reply to all applicants.”
