Job Description:
Lead the end-to-end design for a core product area within a global logistics platform. You will transform complex workflows into intuitive, data-dense desktop experiences used daily by supply chain professionals. With direct access to end users and full ownership from discovery to high-fidelity UI, your work will directly impact global trade efficiency.

What you will do:

• Lead the end-to-end design process including user research, journey mapping, and high-fidelity UI handoff

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Product and Engineering to simplify complex enterprise workflows

• Shape the internal design culture through mentorship, craft advocacy, and exploration of AI-driven workflows

The ideal candidate:

• Extensive experience designing data-dense, desktop B2B SaaS platforms with complex enterprise workflows

• Proven track record leading 0→1 projects from ambiguous discovery phases through to final production

• Excellent communicator comfortable collaborating with engineers and presenting design decisions to external client stakeholders
