As a Senior Product Designer within the Entertainment division, you will help lead the concepting and development of innovative physical reward products that drive shopper engagement and deliver measurable value for retailers.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong product design background, hands-on experience designing physical consumer products, and a deep understanding of the loyalty and retail landscape. You know how to translate consumer insights and brand objectives into compelling, commercially viable reward solutions: merchandise, collectibles, packaging, and experiences that resonate with families, kids, and shoppers across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of physical rewards for loyalty campaigns—from ideation and sketching to prototyping and final execution.
Create product concepts across multiple materials (paper, plastic, metal, plush, textiles) that are feasible, safe, and production-ready.
Develop packaging concepts and visual assets aligned with brand, licensor, and campaign guidelines.
Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Licensing, Category Management, Sales, and internal Designers to ensure creative excellence and commercial relevance.
Translate briefs, insights, and KPIs into innovative product ideas that drive shopper frequency, spend, and emotional connection.
Present concepts and design rationale clearly to internal teams and clients.
Stay informed on industry, retail, and loyalty trends to guide design decisions and ensure product relevance.
Support licensor pitches and manage creative elements throughout the IP lifecycle.
Contribute to storytelling and campaign narratives across licensed and original concepts.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations that elevate tcc’s creative solutions, product development, corporate events, and retail activations.”
Engage in global travel to stay informed about emerging industry trends, attending key trade fairs, brand events, and Location‑Based Entertainment experiences.
Maintain high standards of creativity, quality, and consistency across all deliverables.
Mentor junior designers and support a collaborative, high-performing creative culture.
Core Design & Technical Skills
Concept Development: Strong ability to ideate, sketch, and visualise compelling reward solutions.
Product Design: Expert in designing physical products and collectibles across various materials, with fast iteration and cross-team input.
Packaging Design: Skilled in structural and graphic packaging development.
Creative Software: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge), Figma, Canva, Solidworks, Z-Brush, Maya, Cinema4D KeyShot, Twinmotion.
Microsoft Tools: Copilot, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams.
AI (Design) Tools: CoPilot, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, Midjourney for rapid prototyping, creative ideation, and full exploration of AI‑driven design and outsourcing workflows.
Loyalty Expertise
Experience designing rewards for loyalty campaigns and understanding shopper behaviour.
Familiarity with campaign mechanics, retail environments, and how rewards drive frequency, spend, and emotional engagement.
Understanding of licensor–licensee environments, style guides, and compliance processes.
Soft Skills & Collaboration
Strategic thinker skilled at balancing creativity with business objectives.
Confident communicator able to present ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple departments.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a product design role, ideally with at least 3 years in loyalty, FMCG, toys, consumer goods, collectibles, or licensed merchandise.
Strong portfolio showcasing product development across different materials, prototyping, packaging, and or loyalty campaign work.
Experience developing products for licensed brands or original IP
