Senior UX/UI Designer (Embedded – JLR, 6-Month Contract)

Client-side operator, immediate impact

Role Summary

 A UX/UI designer embedded within Jaguar Land Rover’s internal UX team, responsible for delivering high-quality digital experiences across key platforms and supporting ongoing optimisation and delivery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly within JLR’s UX and product teams on live digital products and customer journeys
• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI across web and logged-in experiences
• Translate requirements into clear, production-ready design outputs
• Align all work to JLR design systems, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
• Support rapid iteration cycles across active projects
• Contribute to usability improvements and optimisation initiatives

Required Experience

• 5+ years UX/UI experience in enterprise, agency, or in-house digital teams
• Strong experience designing for large-scale websites or digital ecosystems
• Proven ability to work within established design systems
• Advanced Figma and Adobe CC skills (components, prototyping, dev handoff)
• Experience working embedded with client-side teams or stakeholders
