Reporting to the Senior Contract Services Manager, the successful Service Design Manager will be involved with driving continuous improvement of services and operational processes for Rail Services and join a successful, dynamic and motivated team. This is an Agile role and will involve travel to our Warwick office for meetings.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Service Design, with proven experience in the continuous improvement of services and processes. Experience within rail infrastructure technology is highly desirable, particularly across areas such as Wi-Fi and security, fibre networks, or radio communications.
