Job Description:
About Datasite
Datasite is the global platform trusted to power some of the world’s largest and most complex mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs. Our software sits at the center of high-stakes financial transactions, enabling investment banks, private equity firms, law firms, and corporate leaders to securely manage and act on their most sensitive information.
We are now at a pivotal moment. Datasite is evolving from a category-leading transaction product into a connected, product-led growth platform with self-serve adoption and intelligent workflows central to our strategy. Design is a core driver of this shift.
This role sits directly in the path of that transformation.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Product Designer focused on Growth and Product-Led Growth to help define how customers discover value, activate, expand, and succeed across the Datasite platform.
This is not a surface-level optimization role. You will work on foundational growth problems: turning complex enterprise workflows into intuitive self-serve experiences, designing high-trust activation journeys, and building the product systems that power adoption, expansion, and long-term engagement.
You will own major parts of the growth experience end-to-end — from first interaction through to habitual usage — and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Go-To-Market leaders to drive measurable business outcomes.
If you are excited by large-scale, high-impact design problems, and want to apply Growth craft to one of the most complex domains in software, this role offers uncommon depth, scope, and influence.
What You Will Do
Define and own growth journeys across activation, onboarding, expansion, and retention in a multi-product platform.
Design and ship self-serve experiences in a high-trust, enterprise environment — simplifying complexity without compromising security, compliance, or power.
Lead growth-driven design initiatives that directly impact product adoption, engagement, and revenue outcomes.
Partner deeply with Product and Data to identify opportunities, shape hypotheses, and run structured experimentation programs.
Translate strategy into systems — designing the frameworks, patterns, and interaction models that allow PLG to scale.
Influence platform direction by connecting user insight, growth data, and business priorities into coherent product narratives.
Raise the bar for growth design through craft excellence, critique, and contribution to Datasite’s design system and ways of working.
What Success Looks Like
Customers reach value faster and more reliably.
Friction is systematically removed from critical journeys.
Growth experiments turn into durable product capabilities.
Activation, expansion, and engagement metrics materially improve.
Teams align around a shared growth design language.
Datasite’s platform becomes easier to adopt, easier to extend, and harder to leave.
What We’re Looking For - Growth & Product Impact
A strong track record designing products that drive activation, engagement, retention, or monetisation.
Experience working in product-led or growth-oriented teams, with comfort owning problems defined by outcomes, not features.
Ability to translate ambiguous growth goals into structured design and experimentation programs.
Evidence of influencing product direction, not just executing within it.
Design Craft
High-level competence across interaction design, information architecture, and systems thinking.
Experience simplifying complex, domain-heavy workflows into intuitive experiences.
Strong product sense — you understand how design decisions affect behaviour, metrics, and business outcomes.
Ability to work fluidly between discovery, concepting, prototyping, and high-fidelity execution.
Collaboration & Leadership
Proven partner to Product, Engineering, Data, and GTM teams.
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and shaping strategic conversations.
A collaborative operator who can align teams, challenge assumptions, and move ambiguous work forward.
A designer who elevates the thinking and craft of those around them.
Qualifications
5+ years experience as a Product Designer working on complex digital products.
Demonstrated experience in growth, PLG, or metric-driven product environments.
Experience contributing to or evolving design systems.
Background in enterprise, platform, fintech, or other complex domains is advantageous, but not .
Why This Role
You will help define how product-led growth works inside one of the most established and trusted platforms in global finance.
You will work on high-impact problems where design decisions materially influence business outcomes.
You will operate with real ownership, not just delivery responsibility.
You will join a design organisation with executive support and strategic mandate.
You will work on problems that demand both rigour and imagination.
