UI Designer
Location: Thorpe Park, Leeds, Hybrid working.

This role focuses on bringing digital experiences to life through clean, intuitive and visually engaging interfaces. It involves everything from early sketches and wireframes right through to polished, pixel‑perfect prototypes across both web and native apps. Accessibility and consistency matter, so designs follow WCAG AA standards and align with best practice for iOS and Android, as well as our brand. The role works closely with UX, research, optimisation and delivery teams to turn insight and ideas into easy‑to‑use journeys that help improve our overall Digital Experience score. There’s also a strong collaborative element—sharing designs with stakeholders, gathering feedback, preparing design specifications for developers, and helping shape our design systems. It’s a hands‑on, creative position that blends independence, organisation and collaboration in equal measure.
