Help shape digital experiences that change young people's lives.
At The King's Trust, we're transforming how young people access support, mentoring and opportunities through digital innovation. We're looking for a passionate UX Researcher to help us better understand the needs of young people and mentors, ensuring every digital experience we create is inclusive, accessible and genuinely user-centred.
Working on our MyKT platform, you'll lead research that influences product strategy, design decisions and service improvements. You'll collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and Developers to ensure we're solving the right problems and delivering meaningful outcomes for our users.
What you'll be doing
As our UX Researcher, you'll lead end-to-end research across the product lifecycle, helping teams make evidence-based decisions that improve experiences for young people and mentors.
You'll:
