We are partnered with a fast-growing consumer brand creating beautifully designed, functional products sold across DTC, retail and marketplaces. The team combines strong product-led thinking with a creative-first approach to packaging and brand experience. As the business scales, there is a clear focus on elevating on-shelf and unboxing moments to drive discovery, trust and repeat purchase.
We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join the in-house design team. You’ll work across product packaging, point-of-sale, printed marketing collateral and supplier-ready artwork. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of brand, production and commercial delivery - you’ll create beautiful, on-brand artwork and ensure it translates reliably into finished packaging at scale.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare and manage supplier-ready artwork (die-lines, print specs, layered files, colour management and bleed/trim considerations).
Work closely with suppliers and printers to manage prepress, proofs and colour approvals, resolving technical issues and ensuring consistent quality.
Design on-brand printed collateral and POS materials to support retail and DTC channels.
Collaborate with Product, Brand and Marketing teams to align packaging with commercial objectives, regulatory and sustainability requirements.
Maintain and evolve artwork libraries and templates to accelerate production and ensure version control.
Design event materials including invites, menus, place cards, signage, programs, and supporting print pieces.
Support the team on event timelines, quick turnarounds, and production specs.
Support packaging design projects: layouts, artwork amends, dyelines (where relevant), and production-ready files.
Strong experience as a print-focused Graphic Designer, ideally within a DTC brand
Confident creating press-ready files, including bleed, trim, safe areas, resolution, colour profiles and pre-press checks.
Excellent attention to detail - you consistently catch typos, alignment issues and spacing inconsistencies before anything goes to print.
Comfortable managing multiple projects at once and delivering to deadlines without compromising quality.
Advanced in Adobe InDesign, with strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Experience with packaging artwork, including an understanding of dielines and print finishes.
Bonus: experience with 3D/mockup tools (e.g., Blender, Adobe Dimension, Cinema 4D) to visualise packaging and new product concepts.
Some digital design experience is helpful (but not essential)
