About The Role
We are looking for a talented Product Designer to join our Product & Engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with our Product Design Lead, Engineers, and Leadership to design innovative solutions that help Vidsy grow. You won’t just be making things look good; you will be a key partner in crafting our product suite, ensuring we continue to deliver world-class experiences and stay at the forefront of the creator economy.

You’ll report to
Rhys, Lead Product Designer. Since we stole from the BBC way back in 2022, Rhys has shown how design drives real value and scales global business. He has recently reinvented our design process to be AI-first, but the work isn't done; he is constantly learning and evolving this landscape and expects the team to grow and innovate alongside him. Originally from Glasgow, Rhys is now based in London and a regular in the office, connecting with wider teams and ensuring design remains a core driver of our product strategy.
The Interview Process
📞 30 minutes – Intro call with our Talent Team
💻 60 minutes – Video interview with Rhys and another Team member to explore your experience further.
📚 90 minutes – Panel interview + design task presentation, plus a conversation around our Vidsy Values

Hybrid ‘Virtual-First’ Work Setup
Vidsy embraces a hybrid ‘virtual-first’ approach across all our hubs. We require all new team members to be based locally to their regional hub from day one, but offer the flexibility to access office space as needed, or whenever it best supports your productivity and collaboration. The balance between in-office and remote work will vary depending on your team, role, and personal preferences.
