Video is a core pillar of our marketing strategy, and we are now looking for a full-time Video Marketing Executive to join our in-house marketing team and take ownership of our video output.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at Rhinox Group.
We are not looking for freelancers, agencies, or remote contractors.
The Role
This is not just a videography role — this is a marketing role delivered through video.
You will be a core member of the marketing team, responsible for planning, producing, and optimising video content that drives real business results across both the UK and North American markets.
You will also take full ownership of our purpose-built in-house video studio, ensuring it is fully utilised to produce consistent, high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end video production process:
- Pre-production (planning, scripting, storyboarding)
- Production (studio shoots, on-site filming, events, customer locations)
- Post-production (editing, optimisation, publishing)
- Be a key part of the marketing team, contributing to:
- Campaign planning
- Content strategy
- Product launches
- Performance-driven marketing initiatives
- Take full responsibility for our in-house video studio:
- Setup, organisation, and optimisation
- Equipment management and maintenance
- Creating a professional and repeatable filming environment
- Produce a consistent volume of:
- Long-form YouTube and educational content
- Short-form social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
- Paid advertising creatives
- Sales and internal video content
- Support both UK and North American marketing efforts, adapting content where required
- Capture content at key events (e.g. trade shows such as Hillhead), customer sites, and internal activities
- Optimise and publish content across platforms, including:
- YouTube (titles, thumbnails, SEO)
- Social platforms
- Paid media channels
- Analyse performance and continuously improve content based on:
- Engagement
- Conversion
- ROI
- Help build and maintain a culture of video within the business, including:
- Supporting colleagues with on-camera confidence
- Improving internal use of video (sales, training, communication)
What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects)
- Ability to independently plan, shoot, and edit content
- Strong understanding of lighting, audio, and composition
- Experience working in a studio environment (or confidence to take ownership of one)
Marketing Mindset
- Understands that video is a tool to drive business results, not just creative output
- Able to create content with a clear objective (awareness, engagement, conversion)
- Comfortable reviewing performance data and improving content over time
- Strong awareness of social media trends and paid advertising creatives
Personal Qualities
- Self-starter who takes ownership and delivers consistently
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects
