Get Licensed is a fast-paced technology business at heart (the majority of our team are developers or tech wizards), and we are at an exciting stage of our business, having tripled since 2020. We have ambitious plans to significantly scale our existing business, broaden our product suite, and continue to grow profitably revenue year on year, with a clear roadmap of how we will get there. 



We are looking for a skilled and reliable Videographer to capture high-quality video content across our training courses, podcast interviews, and brand initiatives. This role is hands-on and field-based, requiring someone confident filming in live training environments and working with trainers, learners, and internal teams.You will be responsible for filming content that supports social media, marketing campaigns, podcasts, and brand storytelling.



What you will be doing

Travel to Get Licensed training centres and courses to film:

    • Classroom sessions
    • Practical training moments
    • Learner experiences and testimonials
    • Trainer-led moments and demonstrations
    • Capture content that feels natural, engaging, and authentic, not staged or overproduced



Podcast & Interview Filming

  • Film podcast interviews and long-form conversations
  • Set up multi-camera shots, lighting, and audio for clean, professional output
  • Ensure footage is suitable for both long-form (YouTube) and short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)



Content Quality & Delivery

  • Frame shots with social platforms in mind (vertical and horizontal)
  • Maintain strong visual consistency with Get Licensed’s existing content
  • Manage footage efficiently and deliver organised files to the content team
  • Work closely with the Social & Community team to understand what content is needed before filming



On-the-Day Production

  • Confidently direct contributors when needed (trainers, learners, guests)
  • Adapt quickly to different locations, lighting conditions, and schedules
  • Represent the Get Licensed brand professionally on site



What we are looking for

    • Proven experience as a videographer (portfolio required)
    • Strong understanding of camera work, framing, lighting, and audio
    • Experience filming real-world environments (training, events, interviews)
    • Comfortable working with people who may not be used to being on camera
    • Excellent attention to detail and visual storytelling
    • Ability to work independently and manage filming days end-to-end
    • Confident using professional or semi-professional camera equipment



    Strong knowledge of:

    • Shot composition
    • Lighting for indoor environments
    • Audio capture for interviews and group settings
    • Experience filming content for social media platforms is a strong advantage
    • Basic video editing skills
    • Experience filming podcast content
    • Understanding of social media content formats (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)



    Nice to have

    • Someone practical, reliable, and organised
    • A videographer who can capture genuine moments, not just polished shots
    • Someone who understands how video supports brand trust and learner confidence
    • Comfortable travelling and working in active training environments
