Key Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing review and modification of our current product
portfolio, implementing design improvements to enhance performance,
reliability, manufacturability, and cost efficiency
- Work closely with the design team to conceptualise new innovations
within the mini golf world.
- Work on initial concept development through to
hands-on functional prototype & product testing.
- Create
all necessary design and production drawings, alongside supporting
documentation related to projects.
- Collaborate with
the extended Puttshack design & development team.
- Manage and work on design projects from start to
finish.
Key
Requirements
- 3 years plus+ experience
- Exceptional Solidworks CAD Modelling skills
(multiple part assembly, configurations, drawings).
- Exceptional organisation skills, with the ability
to manage projects and extensive data sets.
- Strong creative flair and a passion for design.
- Understanding of aesthetic demands for quality
guest facing products.
- Understanding the structural design requirements
and the design of mechanisms and components.
- Good knowledge of materials, timber, plastic and
metal production processes.
- Good presentation skills to communicate product
ideas to external stakeholders.
